We are committed to getting your products to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders totaling $35 or more within the contiguous United States.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also check your order status by visiting our website and entering your order number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 12–24 hours after the shipping label is created.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time (typically 2–4 extra business days for standard shipping). International shipping is not available at this time.
P.O. Box Deliveries
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS standard shipping. However, expedited, express, and overnight shipping options require a physical street address for delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery windows listed above, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier-related delays during peak seasons (holidays, major sales events)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Customs processing for territory shipments
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact our support team and we will investigate promptly.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, reach out to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
