Our 30-Day Return Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We want you to feel confident shopping with us, knowing that your investment is protected.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact
- The product must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required
Opened Products: If you have opened and tried a product but are unsatisfied with its performance, please contact our team. We evaluate these cases individually and may offer a partial refund, exchange, or store credit depending on the circumstances.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Send an email or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the Product: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in your RMA confirmation. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size selected, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the package reaches us safely.
Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange your product for a different item, simply note your preferred replacement in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is a different price, we will either charge the difference or issue a partial refund accordingly.
Refund Details
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times vary by payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3–5 business days after processing
- Store Credit: Issued immediately upon return approval
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers
- Items purchased during final clearance sales (marked as non-returnable)
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement shipment or full refund at your preference, with no need to return the damaged item in most cases.
